Speak to a case officer
The fastest route is the case review form — it captures what a case officer needs to give a useful first answer, and submissions are read in the order they arrive. Direct contact details are below if you would rather write or call.
Send your case details
This is the same intake used for every matter. It takes about three minutes and reaches a case officer directly.

Response times
- Case review submissions: within 24 business hours.
- Losses within the last 7 days are prioritised — these are the ones where a freeze may still be possible.
- Email enquiries: within one to two business days.
- Existing matters: as set out in your engagement terms.
If the loss happened in the last 48 hours
Contact your bank immediately and ask for the payment to be recalled and the receiving account flagged — that call is more time-critical than anything else, including contacting us. Then submit the case review form and mark the timing accordingly; recent losses are moved to the front of the queue. Before you contact anyone about a loss
- Do not pay anyone a fee to release funds. No legitimate recovery requires a payment to a private wallet or personal account.
- Do not share banking passwords, one-time passcodes, card PINs or seed phrases with anyone — including us. We never ask.
- Report the loss to your bank and to the police in your country as soon as possible, even before contacting us. Both create records that help later.
- Keep everything. Do not delete messages, profiles or apps, however much you want to.
